Lexus UXh

How it looks on the street: For a Lexus, the UX is a bit quirky. It’s small, but has the physique of an SUV, and high head room so that’s what Lexus call its, a baby SUV. The front end is stylistically Lexus, a grilled in the shape of a lab beaker. From the side the roof tapers in a sharp line from the frontwindshield and flows through the rear.

How it feels on the inside: The name UX makes us think of screens, and of course the UX has them, including an option for a slightly larger 12.3 inch screen. It has a mobile hot spot, four charging outlets, and wireless charging. The interior also has great metals and leather materials installed in an understated layout. We like the high head room for long bodies.

How it drives: The UX offer carefree hybrid power and decent fuel economy at 41 miles per gallon on the highwya. It’s more of a cruiser than more sophisticated performer in front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive options.

Space for people and things:  Photos of hit form does not accurately represent the proportion of its small quarters. It’s a great option space wise for city dwellers, who need just a little more than a car, but require more tucked-in propotions.

What to compare it to: BMW X1.

How much does it cost: The Lexus starts at $36,700, which makes entry level luxury a bit more in reach. It tops out at about $45,000, which is still a premium price point.
